About Dr. Chozick

Bruce Chozick, M.D. has dedicated more than 25 years as a neurosurgeon to helping patients improve their quality of life and lead more productive and fulfilled lives. Board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, Dr. Chozick is affiliated with Saint Francis Hospital Medical Center and is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at University of Connecticut Medical School. He received his Bachelor of Science from Trinity College in Hartford, medical degree from the University of Connecticut Medical School and completed his Neurosurgical Residency at Brown Medical School in Providence, Rhode Island.As a medical student, Dr. Chozick received the Merck Award for Outstanding Clerkship Service and Scholarship.

Dr. Chozick is an active member of the American Association of Neurosurgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgery.
